Breathing Techniques


The Breath is our Anchor and a tool. We have forgotten the most basic aspect of living, how to breathe!
This comes before anything else, without the breath we can not live in this physical realm. Breathing techniques allow the energy flow in the body to open up blockages and create a flow of energy. throughout time our body can hold emotions unconsciously. This can create DIS-EASE.
We can stay in a fight or flight response by not being able to take a deep breath through the nose and navigate it through our bodies. If you find yourself holding your breath or chest breaking through the mouth then there could be blockages in the body.
Breathing exercises help retrain the body and mind to allow the energy to flow where it needs to. The best thing about breathing exercises is that you can do them ANYWHERE and ANYTIME and it's FREE!
